  Anime swords are like regular swords, only... anime. More specifically, the swords in these posts primarily stem from the famous Japanese medium of animation and comics. They may also be called "manga blades," but that's not a universal term. As we'll see in the next section, some of these anime swords are technically weapons, and some are not.   Today's important part of a gentleman's accessory is the sword cane, an item typically found in gentlemen's fashion. These canes can be long or short, with ornate designs and engraved handles. They often have a decorative blade that slides out from the handle and is primarily used as walking sticks; however, they are also considered deadly weapons when necessary.
